i hardly doubt it. in Q3A on dreamcast i played against allot of PC users and kicked their butt.
Quake 2, not 3… have played it on my n95 (open-gl support ftw, though some modding is involved to get it going) and it eats up more or less all available resources, having in mind that by pure numbers n95>psp (well n95 isn’t dedicated for games, so you probably can’t get as much out of it) i can definetely say that quake3 isn’t going to happen =P
that seems rediculously hard to use, also…
