Connect iPod/iPhone to computer, bring up iTunes and wait for device to recognise. Click the device and click restore.

VERY IMPORTANT. this guy does not tell you every thing. after replacing the installation file make sure you fully reboot the touch. then you MUST down load at least a free app from the app store and install that then you can use cracked apps. i had to refer to someone else s video to figure this out.
